    一早起身,做了個財務預算,為了再次為未來出發,要為新工作加把勁了!

    小迪在悠長假期前的最後飛行月內,要努力加油啊!
     
    今日的修練中,由於之前一跳完勁舞便馬上做瑜伽,
    真的未能集中得好,相信至少有15分鐘給我呼吸一下,
    便不會容易走火入魔‧‧呵呵!
    今天又要緊記:
    太陽劇烈運動或入浴後不宜做瑜伽
      (由於會增加心臟負擔,所以至少休息二十至三十分鐘再開始練習。)
      參考於 "橋本 光, 橋本京子著" 的「美體瑜伽」.2004 一書

    此外,耶穌今天給我和可愛的跳舞朋友仔一門去"肥"秘方。如下:
     
    太陽 早餐: 7-9am 起床
    • 一杯室溫開水+Lemon半個+ (2 spoon honey/ only salt)
    • 一手發芽綠豆(不可煮..可以前一晚用水浸到發芽)
    時鐘 午餐: 11-1pm
    • 沙律+生果 (最好揀生果代果汁)
    • 全素食
    • 中午不小睡
    咖啡杯下午茶: 4-5pm
    • 小食 (輕量)

    彎月晚餐: 7-9pm

    • 全素食為主
    • 睡前三小時不可進食
    • 戶外散步一小時
    • 睡前伸展和飲牛奶
